I admit it, I tend to cruise the card aisle when I am at the store. It is a great place to get ideas and see what is on trend in the card industry. I have see the cutest cards for kids that have a cup of candy attached to the card. I always thought they were fun but had no idea how to recreate something like that. Well Stampin' Up! solved that problem for me by introducing Sweet Treat Cups in the Holiday Mini Catalog. You get 12 cups for $2.95 so they are very economical (#116802) These little cups fit perfectly into the Sweet Centers stamp set (also in the mini catalog).
Ask me how I got my Sweet Centers stamp set (#116521 $29.95) for only $5.
The stamp set has something for Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day and more. Here is a card my upline Becca made for our recent swap. I just had to share it with you since it was so cute!
The colors she used are great. I have to hide this card from my kids though, they are dying to get into the candy corn. =)
Here is an up close picture of the cup so you can see how big it is. You can also see that Becca embossed the images on the card. The Pumpkin Pie card stock is also textured using the Big Shot.
